Bad blogger

I have had a friend in town for the last couple weeks. She arrived on the 12th from Louisiana to spend some time with her mom. Her mom has found out recently that she has Stage 4 clear cell kidney cancer and there is nothing left that the doctors can do. I've spent a lot of time with my friend and fell off the WW wagon. She will be leaving tomorrow morning at 7 on an Amtrak train headed back to Louisiana and I will be heading back home to get on the WW train. I can't keep eating like this! I want clothes to fit and be cute. I really have no excuse as to why I was eating the way I was. I did attempt to eat right a few times, just didn't happen all day long.  So tomorrow I'm back on!
