Hubby and I had date night on Saturday. He had to work that morning until around lunchtime. Came home with flowers. What a nice surprise! I sure wasn't expecting them.
The other lily just opened this morning. Aren't they pretty?
We then took my youngest and dropped her off with her grandparents and headed out to The Lincoln Lawyer with Matthew McConaughey. Pretty good movie. But then again any movie with him in it is worth watching. He is hot!!
After the movie we strolled over to Barnes and Noble where I looked around. Why I don't know. I don't buy books anymore I just download them to my Nook Color. Went to Olive Garden for dinner where we waited over an hour to be seated. Didn't mind though as we had popcorn during the movie so we weren't really hungry yet. After being seated and ordering we enjoyed each other's company. Finally dinner arrived, we ate and then decided we just didn't have room left for dessert. I stopped at Starbucks on the way home for a Skinny Caramel Macchiato..yum! Got home watched some tv and fell asleep by 11. Yep we are old!!! LOL! He was tired cause he worked that morning. Me, I'm always tired.
So, today I was procrastinating on signing up online for Weight Watchers. I can't seem to lose any weight. I've been trying to do it at home on my own but it's not working. Hopefully having everything at my fingertips will work. I will make it work. Otherwise its a waste of money. I want to see what I'm eating right there in front of me in black and white. I write it down myself but it's just ...I don't know, I can't explain it. Either way, this has to work. I have to make it work! It will work! Wish me luck.
I had to sign up and go to meetings. I just couldn't do it on my own. The fact that am dishes out hard on cash is good too. I did sign up for the e-tools too. You can do it!!
ReplyDeleteThe meetings in my town are standing room only. I'll give this online thing a try until July. If it works I'll continue it. If not, I'll cancel it and see if gas prices are going to go down any so I can drive to another town for a meeting there.
