Had weigh on Tuesday. No idea why I gained this week. I stayed on track and wrote down everything. I'm ready to quit and give up. If I gain this week then I'm considering cancelling my membership. Although the 2 people I go with won't me allow me to give up.
I am once again going to give up pop. I think the sodium in it might be causing the gains. That or the convenience of throwing Smart Ones or Lean Cuisines into the microwave at lunch time. I don't know.
I'm doing everything in my power to not have a gain this week. I have cut down on pop to 1 can in the morning. At least for a week. Then I will give them all together. No take out!
This morning I tried a new breakfast. A recipe given to us from our WW leader. It's 1/2 cup egg substitute and 1 Laughing Cow lite cheese in a mug. Microwave this for 1 minute. Stir and microwave another 30 seconds or until set. It was only 2pts. And it was good. I made some wheat toast to go with it. For lunch it's leftovers. I made stuffed pepper soup last night for dinner. I got the recipe from www.skinnytaste.com she has a lot of great recipes.
