Went to my weigh in and discovered I was down 2.4lbs for the week. About time I was heading back in the right direction.
But. Yep, there is a but. But seeing as I won't weigh in this Tuesday due to it being my son's 18th birthday and we are going to dinner that night, I have let myself eat whatever I want for the last few days. So as of today, I'm back on track. I won't allow myself to fall off the wagon. I won't! Well, until Tuesday. We are going to BD's Mongolian Grill. But I hear it's pretty healthy or you can eat healthy. So I'll look up my dinner before I leave.
Well it's time to get this old body moving and get some housework done. Have to get in some activity points somehow since it's too cold outside to go for a walk.
