I took off my little widget thing on the side as I was disappointed in watching the pounds lost go up. I've done really bad that last few days. I had my daughters birthday and our anniversary all on Valentines day and needless to say, I didn't eat right at all. I haven't eaten right in the last few days. The apples I have went bad as did the oranges. I also started to notice the banana's were starting to go bad. I peeled and froze them before they got any worse.
This morning I am determined to get my butt back on track. I am enjoying a Green Monster Smoothie for 3pts and it contains a serving of vegetables and fruit. I'll get on my exercise bike too today. Last night I rode 2 and a half miles while watching Biggest Loser. I should have rode further but my legs were starting to hurt and burn. That's suppose to be a good feeling I guess but for someone who isn't use to exercise, it just hurts!
I don't know if I should keep track of what I eat on here or not. I am writing it down in a notebook. I was doing that before I messed up. I also have not had any pop. Ok wait. I did have a diet Vernor's last week. Only 1 bottle though. I wanted to settle my stomach. It didn't taste as good as I thought it would. I am back to drinking water. If we go out to eat I was drinking Sweet Tea, Iced Tea or Strawberry Lemonade. The only healthy thing there was the Iced Tea. I'll rethink this eating out. Just stay away from restaurants all together.
I am going out on a date with my husband this weekend. It'll be our Anniversary/Valentines day. It's really hard to celebrate our Anniversary when we have our daughters birthday that day too. She is 11 now but still not ready to share that day with her mom and dad. It's ok though. Someday we'll be able to. But right now she comes first.
Well I'm off to finish to my Green Monster smoothie and ride my exercise bike.
