Still here....
Staying on a diet has sucked. But starting June 1st, I am giving it another try. Giving up pop too. I've spent the time doing away with caffeine and drinking Sprite Zero but starting Wednesday, its no pop. I want to start at the beginning of the month so I can see how much I lose at the end of the month.
Went grocery shopping and bought some fruits, veggies, fat free milk and cereal. Plus salad. I will do this! I don't want to be a failure anymore. I still have my WW online so I guess I'd better use. Not because I want my money's worth but because I need to.
