It's a loss....

I lost 3.6 lbs this week. I was hoping for more as I thought your first week on WW would result in a bigger loss. I followed the plan and stuck to my points. Some days I had 12 points left over, other days I had 6. I only used 2 of my weekly points.

My scale at home said I lost 7. I'm thinking of throwing it out! I don't know if it's weighing in in the evening that's making the loss look less or what. Either way it's a loss. And I want it to be a slow process so that my skin has time to catch up and won't sag.
