Snack ideas

Veggies w/hummus
Apples w/peanut butter
Cucumbers w/laughing cow light cheese

Portobello PizzaCoat both sides of a large Portobello mushroom cap (stem removed) with olive oil cooking spray. Grill (or broil) over medium heat until tender, about 6 to 8 minutes per side. Fill inside of mushroom cap with 2 tablespoons of prepared pizza sauce and sprinkle with 1/4 cup of shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese; cover grill and cook (or broil) until cheese melts, about 1 to 2 minutes. Sprinkle with freshly chopped basil PointsPlus value: 1.

Green Smoothie = 2 cups Spinach, banana, 1 cup milk and some ice
