grilled hot dogs( who can pass those up)

Was doing ok until dinner time. The smell of those hot dogs on the grill made me think of Summer and that was it!! Will do better tomorrow.
Also rode 3.09 miles on the exercise bike. Which did me no good after I ate those hot dogs. Really being hard on myself. Self discipline.
Drank 4 bottles of water too. 67.6 oz to be exact! Guess who will be up all night now...lol.

Take one day at a time. You are doing great. I can't wait to get back on the bandwagon with you and continue my journey to losing the weight. Not to much longer and Macie will be here and I will be back with ya.
