I did it!!!

I ran! At first it was only 15 seconds, the second time a little longer and the next time it was 27 seconds. I did another run but not sure on time after the last one. But I did it!!! And I'm not giving up until I run a mile and then another mile and another...

I do need some pointers though. My feet felt like they were smacking the ground hard. I know I carry a lot of weight but those contestants on The Biggest Loser carry more and dang it, they run!  And my breathing, I thought my lungs would explode. But I'll be out there running again tomorrow. Any tips or pointers?
