Just rode 3.5 miles on my exercise bike. It's a start! I downloaded some books for weight loss on my Nook Color and read a few pages while I pedaled. And I'm on the way to Day 2.
I want to start running. I can't imagine me doing it. But I want to. I want to jog. How do I get started? I mean I see the contestants on Biggest Loser running as soon as they hit the gym. Me, I'd probably fall over and die. I'm not sure how to start though. I use to blame it on smoking but I gave that up 7 years ago. I can breath now. But can I run?
