I get 32 pts a day. Hmmm still have a few left but it's late and I'm not eating anymore.
So that's what my daily intake looks like for 2 days. I need more fruit and vegetables just can't seem to make myself eat them. But I'm doing good. I'm down almost 3 lbs in a little over 2 days.

Definitely helps to see overall what you are eating and what you are missing. :-) Fruits and veggies are just easy for me. Especially now that I'm avoiding gluten, dairy and corn. Ugh. Keep making healthy choices! You are doing great!
