Facebook Group

One of the other girls made us a group on Facebook awhile ago. At our meeting on Friday we decided we were going to start posting what we ate everyday to help motivate each other and to help us all stay on track. So far we've done it for 2 days. Today is day 3. I also keep my daily eating written down in a small notebook that I can carry around with me. Here is my 2 days:

Breakfast

2 pts Fat Free Milk
3 pts Cereal
0 pts glass of Diet Slice
Snack
1 pt coffee w/non dairy creamer
Lunch
3 pts 2 wheat tortillas
6 pts 2 Sweet Apple Chicken Sausages
0 pts lettuce
0 pts tomato
0 pts glass of Diet Sllice
Dinner
7 pts Roast
0 pts carrots
5 pts potato
Still have 6 pts leftover for the day. Snack later maybe.
Day 2
Breakfast

4 pts Steel Cut Oats
0 pts blueberries
0 pts Diet Slice
0 pts 2 cups tea w/sweet n low
Lunch
6 pts Smart Ones Mac n cheese
2 pts whole wheat tortilla
1 pt low fat turkey
0 pts lettuce and tomato
And choking down 1 bottle of water...blech!
Snack
4 pts for a small yoCrunch (yogurt w/reeses pieces)
So not worth it. Made my stomach hurt.
Dinner
4 pts lemon pepper fish
0 pts asparagus
Snack
5 pts popcorn
AND I FINISHED ALL MY WATER...BLECH!
Total= 26 pts
I get 32 pts a day. Hmmm still have a few left but it's late and I'm not eating anymore.

So that's what my daily intake looks like for 2 days. I need more fruit and vegetables just can't seem to make myself eat them. But I'm doing good. I'm down almost 3 lbs in a little over 2 days.

  1. Definitely helps to see overall what you are eating and what you are missing. :-) Fruits and veggies are just easy for me. Especially now that I'm avoiding gluten, dairy and corn. Ugh. Keep making healthy choices! You are doing great!
