First day of the New Year

Today I am starting the New Year off with a resolution to drop these unwanted pounds. I guess that's a typical resolution that everyone makes. I do feel like I have determination and motivation to do this. I joined Weight Watchers online and will continue to follow them for as long as it takes me to achieve the weight loss that I so desire. I did really good today with 4 points left over. My family took me out on a walk. I think they tried to kill me. That was a very long walk.

And that's me after the walk. It was a little chilly but I was sweating. I'm not use to activity.
I did make several New Years resolutions.
1. No pop/soda
2. In bed by 11 and up by 7
3. No swearing (it's not that bad but if I can cut it out all together that's even better)
4. No candy, pasta unless it's whole wheat, no white bread...I know there is more here but can't think of it right now.
5. 2 hours tops on the computer instead of all day
6. I would like to read more.
7. dinner is to be eaten at the table every night.
8. Follow a schedule instead of doing things when we want (nothing ever gets done otherwise)
9. Keep the house cleaned no matter how tired or lazy I want to be.
10. Eat more fruits and veggies.
11. Get outside more.
Yes the list can go on. I'm sure I'll add more as I figure out the things I would like to change this year. Anyway that's my Day 1 on this journey to a New Me!
