down 1.4lbs since last week. Total of 16.2 lbs so far. 29 days without pop.
I would have liked to lost more but I know there won't always be weeks like the first or second week. If there was we'd all be skinny by now. Either way it's a loss and I'm taking it. This week is going to be tough. I have my sons birthday on Monday. We all know what that means...cake! I will cut myself a very very small piece with very little ice cream. I'm more worried about the birthday dinner. He wants these Au Gratin Potatoes I make with ham and cheese. They are very good. I got the recipe for Betty Crocker. I wonder if I can find it lightened up. I'll have to look into that.
Also this week my husband will be making his chili. It's the best! I'll have to limit myself to that. We usually eat that for a couple days but I will limit it to 1 day and 1 bowl. Sure hope I lose next week.
