Friend Making Monday


Did you make any resolutions? If so, what are they? Have you stuck to them so far?

Yes I did. My resolution was to do Weight Watchers at home, give up pop and drink more water. I have done all 3 since Jan. 1, 2011 and I plan on doing all 3 until Jan. 1, 2012.

So far I've lost almost 10 lbs.

    Thanks Karla! I do host a meeting once a month with around 5 other girls. We get together and bring a low fat recipe to share and talk about how things are going for us.
