See that loss over there, I was afraid it was wrong but according to my scale it's only off .2lbs, I weighed a 10lb dumbbell on it and it came to 10.2. So anyway, that is suppose to say 10.9 but MyFitnessPal apparently rounds to the nearest number. I'm sure the numbers will slow down soon. I am losing water weight I know. I take a water pill daily to help with swelling in my feet and ankles. They get so bad that you can actually push in on my leg with your thumb and the indent will stay for awhile. It's gross! But since taking the water pill and cutting out salt, it's not too bad.

I ordered my 5lb goal reward to myself. I have a cell phone cover coming for my Blackberry.

I'm going to give myself little rewards on the 5lb marks. For my 10lb reward I want a Travel Mug w/tea infuser. I've found one but I won't order it until Saturday since that is my weigh in day. I'll post a picture when I do.

I know some of you don't know but I host a meeting once a month in my home with about 5 other girls. We get together and bring a low fat dish along with a print out of the recipe for every one. We talk about what is working for us, how we are doing and what's been going on. Just a get together for girls. We get a chance to visit without kids. I havent' hosted in a few months.

In June of last year we were hit by a tornado and well the Summer just went to heck. It was so devastating that nothing mattered anymore. No one in my area was hurt. We lost both our cars. There use to be 2 giant trees in my yard and a little milk shed building. They are all gone. The one beside the house fell in the backyard just missing the back of the house. Our little milkshed landed on our side porch. And the big tree in the side yard fell on both of our cars.

Our cars are under there. My daughter's boyfriends parents brought friends to help get things cleaned up. In pay they took the wood for this Winter.

That's my beautiful or was beautiful Regal and the minivan we had just bought in May and had recently gotten the transmission fixed on. Destroyed! But that was the only damage our property received. Others around us lost homes, campers, animals but no one in our lost their lives. A few counties over lost all we lost plus a few of them didn't make it. In a way we were blessed. We have picked up and moved on. I will say we have more sunshine in our yard now :) I made tons of sun tea over Summer..lol.

 We spent many nights in the basement of my In laws that Summer. That was a Summer we will never forget.
