Weighed in this morning and I'm down 3.6 since last week. I stepped on the scale several times to make sure it was right. So since I started this new journey on the 1st of January I am down 14.8 so far. Thinking about a 15lb goal reward. I want a pedometer. A good one. Something that will tell me how far I've walked and how many calories I burned. Any ideas?
